STANDARD: RearGear uses Australia Post and couriers as our methods of delivery and in doing so we try to make postage costs as economical as possible. Free shipping is offered for all orders within Australia of over $150. Express Post and Registered Post are available upon request at an extra charge, but please contact us by phone or email prior to placing your order. Orders sent via regular post are sent with the customer’s knowledge that this item is NOT registered and therefore it CANNOT be tracked. Should any items be lost by Australia Post, RearGear is not obligated to provide a replacement or refund. We will do our best to assist in trying to locate what has happened to your order and help where we can. PICK-UP: RearGear is a regional Victorian business. As a thank you to those local customers who have been so supportive, we offer a PICK-UP option at the online CHECKOUT. If you are local to the Castlemaine region you can contact us once you have placed your order to arrange local pick-up. COUNTRIES OTHER THAN AUSTRALIA: Please contact us by phone or email prior to ordering to ensure accurate postage prices and to receive a ten percent discount from our listed prices (included in our pricing is a 10% Goods and Services Tax applicable only to Australian sales). RETURNS
We are very happy to offer you individual advice on our products, so please contact us with any questions you may have before placing your order. We want you to be completely happy with your RearGear products. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us in brand new, unused and unwashed condition within 30 days. We will provide you with a refund or exchange, minus actual postage and handling costs when we receive the products and confirm that they are in new, unwashed condition. Please contact us before returning goods. Refunds are not available on sale or clearance items, including seconds. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on products which have been washed and/or used. RearGear is passionate about quality workmanship. We offer a product guarantee on all properly cared for genuine RearGear products from 3 months of the date of purchase. Should you find any fault with your RearGear products, please let us know immediately. You will be required to fill out a 'returns form' so that we can better understand the problem you are experiencing, and this form is to be completed and sent back to us with the items of concern. Postage is covered by us on any faulty items. We will repair or replace any faulty goods up to 3 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee is valid for the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase will be required, so be sure to hang on to your receipt. The RearGear product guarantee does NOT cover:
leaking (except as related to a manufacturing defect)
normal wear and tear
malfunction caused by incorrect care.
Please note that RearGear does not provide refunds on purchases made via Product Demonstrators or retail outlets including online retailers (other than from the RearGear website). Please contact the point of purchase regarding refunds in this instance.
